Do you know what stops you from being open, relaxed and fit?

Let us recap what you learned last week about how to keep your New Year’s Resolutions so you feel proud and pleased with yourself by the end of 2014.

How to Keep Your New Year’s Resolutions

Be realistic
Set yourself up for success, not failure
Feel proud of last year’s successes
Learn to stand in your success
Take responsibility for your actions or lack of actions
Use your intention to get energy moving forward
Take appropriate action that leads to success

Failure to keep your New Year’s Resolutions is due to one psychological factor, anxiety. For example, if you want to lose weight you must reduce your anxiety. Anxiety is what makes you eat too much. If you want to be more open, you must reduce your anxiety. Anxiety is what causes you to be distrustful of others. If you want to be more fit, it is anxiety that you must get out of your nervous system and physical body in order to become physically healthy and strong.

Apply this anxiety help to all of your New Year’s Resolutions. Anxiety makes you drink too much, push away love, not move, move too fast and defend yourself in relationships. Anxiety is what makes you stop pursuing your New Year’s Resolutions by the end of January!

Therefore, the action step you must take if you want to be successful with any New Year’s Resolution is to reduce the anxiety that currently exists in your body and nervous system. Anxiety is like static on the radio, it interferes with your ability to perform at your best in any situation. Anxiety is never helpful. Anxiety is a maladaptive conditioned response.

Maladaptive conditioned response means you learned to be anxious in a past learning experience and this response is not helpful. Period. This is the definition of anxiety. A little bit of anxiety is never good for you. Real fear, on the other hand, is helpful. Fear keeps you safe and sane.

Rest assured there are real solutions to any and all psychological problems and relationships issues. If you want to be open and trust people, you can learn to be open and trust people. If you want to reduce your anxiety, you can learn, step by step, exactly how to reduce your anxiety.

Do not sit in helplessness, thinking you cannot reduce your anxiety. Anxiety is learned, and you can unlearn it. Light some fire underneath your butt to make sure you take the positive action steps that take you directly to your New Year’s Resolutions.

Get excited and take some baby steps into more pleasurable moments in 2014.

==========================

Like removing dirty clothes, it feels good to let go of 2013. Like putting on fresh, clean clothes, it feels fantastic to walk into the brand new year of 2014. It is exciting to know that this new year offers new possibilities and promises that you could embrace if you so choose.

It is always helpful to take stock of your personal growth and review the successes you achieved over the last year. If you want to permanently improve your self-confidence, it is essential to take the time to celebrate your successes and feel proud of yourself. You need to make the successes yours.

To help you own your successes, write down the personal growth and professional achievements you accomplished in 2013. No matter how small your success, write it down and know that baby steps are the way you learn to dance in the world. Your written material will give you concrete data you can use the next time your ego starts to find fault with everything about you!

Next, you need to celebrate your successes in some way that feels good to you. Reward yourself with something that you love. It is also important to not forget about your successes. Instead, remember your successes as you walk into the New Year. Take time each day to feel proud of yourself and feel good about yourself.

Body Awareness Exercise

To help you anchor your successes into the physical plane, think of your successes as you feel your body and stand up tall with pride. Then continue to stand in your success as you walk around inside your house. If you have attended one of my workshops or phone sessions, you know these body awareness exercises are effective and fun. Next, take your new body posture outside in the world and enjoy your new body self-confidence.

Body awareness exercises help you own your power to make sure you learn a new physical sense of self-confidence that no one can take away from you. The addition of this body awareness factor is what makes my new psychology approach and home study courses more effective than traditional personal growth courses.

Take Responsibility

You must also remind yourself that you took specific actions that lead to your successes; they did not just happen to you. You are the one who took the proper actions that led to reaching your goal. It does not matter how good your teachers, mentors and coaches are, you are the one who did the work that led your to accomplishments. Like it or not, you are responsible for your successes and failures.

Intend to Make 2014 Even Better.

Write down your New Year Resolutions, goals, desires and needs. Choose to be part of the 12% of people who successfully reach their New Year’s Resolutions. It would be a waste of energy for you to be part of the 88% who drop the ball by the end of January!

You can lose weight, make more money, have more fun, improve your sex life, become healthier and attract more loving relationships by the end of 2014. If you take yourself seriously and make a definite plan on how to reach your New Year’s resolution, you will be successful. There is no reason for you to drop the ball and fail.

To succeed, you must be realistic. Do not set yourself up for failure. Set yourself up for success. Set a goal that you know you will reach. If losing weight is your New Year’s Resolution, plan to lose one pound a week. And know that some weeks you will not even lose one. That is reality and reality is the path that leads to success.

To be successful, you also need to make sure your weight loss program is not based on controlling yourself and your diet. Control is not successful with any New Year’s resolution because it is not pleasurable. Never try to make yourself do something or not do something if you want to reach your New Year’s resolutions. If the activity is not fun and enjoyable, you will quickly drop the ball and fail.

More next week on how to keep your New Year’s Resolutions. For this week, stand in your successes and feel proud. Then write down realistic New Year’s Resolutions outlining a successful personal growth pathway.

Personal Growth Tip: Relax, Be Authentic and Assertive

==========================

Do you know the difference between your learned behavior and your authentic behavior?

As a lowly human being, you must learn a great deal of information to survive on planet Earth. You have to use your learned behavior many times a day in order to get through your necessary chores and routines. Otherwise, society could reject you, imprison you and declare you insane.

Unfortunately, your high degree of learned behavior also means you are easy to control. For example, yesterday I had to stand in a long line at a pharmacy and once I got to the counter, I was told I had to sit down and wait for my name to be called and get back in the long line.

Do you wait in long lines at the bank or post office? Do you pay a lot of money to physicians and hospitals without questioning the health advice they give you and how they treat you? Do you let therapists and partners define you?

I did not sit down when I was told to sit down. I walked around the store feeling what I really wanted to do. Given the reality of the situation, I decided I was not going to wait any longer. So, I walked up to the man who told me to sit down and asked him for other options. After considering each one, one of them was better than waiting. Therefore, I told him I would come back after they called me to tell me everything was ready.

If you follow instructions without considering what your authentic self needs and wants, you are controlled. When you are controlled, you become weak and sick and miserable. As a holistic psychologist, I know the source problem of anxiety, depression and other mental illness is from years of not turning to your authentic self for healthy, effective answers and solutions.

The reason you do not listen to your authentic self is because your parents taught you to be scared of so many things that are not really scary or dangerous. This is the definition of anxiety. Anxiety is being scared of things that are not really scary or dangerous. Real fear is when you are afraid of things that are really dangerous.

Anxiety is nothing weird or unusual. It is learned behavior that is maladaptive. Maladaptive means that it hurts you and does not help you. Anxiety keeps you from being self-confident, physically healthy and emotionally happy.

Your parents taught you to be scared of many, many things, people and situations that are not really dangerous or scary. It is not dangerous to stop waiting in long lines or reject the health advice of a physician or say no to your partner. As a matter of fact, you will be respected and valued much more when you are authentic because you are strong, self-confidence and sturdy.

Thank goodness you can unlearn any learned behavior that is not helpful for you. You are not stuck with your conditioning forever and ever. You can learn how to turn to your authentic self for vital energy, strength and courage any time of the day in any situation. Then your ineffective behaviors will become effective and powerful.

You just need to know the difference between what you learned and who you are so you can move rapidly toward holistic health and enjoy lots more vibrant moments. Otherwise you are confused, controlled and stuck.

Please share your comments about relaxing and being yourself below.

==========================

A reader of The Vibrant Moment expressed how she was feeling about some medical problems she just found out about in a recent email to me. Then she abruptly called herself out on “whining. ” Of course, as soon as she judged herself as whining, she immediately stopped sharing how she was feeling and changed the topic.

Do you block your emotional expressions by calling yourself names?

If you do, you are making sure you do not move forward into new, unexplored emotional territory.  If you want to do transformational work, which means you physically change your energy, you must express your truths no matter what they are at any given moment in time.

Of course, I do not encourage whining. However, are you really whining? Maybe yes and maybe no.   If you want to get to the heart of what is really going on with you psychologically, do not stop your truths at any point in time.

Even if you are whining, stopping yourself in this fashion keeps you from getting down to your unconscious truths.  While knowing the difference between expressing your authentic feelings and whining is important, it is even more important not to block self-expression in the moment it is happening.

This means it is better to whine so you can see that you are whining, rather than stop yourself from whining before you can tell if you are whining or not!  The act of controlling your energy is the oppressive psychological problem, not the whining.

Just imagine if you stepped back and look at your process instead of your words. As a holistic psychologist, I teach you to notice your process so you discover what is really going on inside of you and outside of you.  If you do not let your unconscious material surface, it continues to control you.  The only way to claim your power is to expose your truths.

If you stay stuck in the content, you quickly sink into psychobabble, which is what often happens in regular talk therapy.  You also reinforce your controlling behavior of trying not to whine.  You think that you are whining, complaining and being negative, but are you really?  And if you are, “So what?”

How much power would you have if you learned to notice the how, what, when, where and why behind your words?  When you pay attention to process, you quickly move beyond your thoughts and conditioned reactions into more physical data. Noticing your process gives you the energy needed to master yourself.

It does not matter if you are whining or not.  When you pay attention to your process, you may discover that you were not whining in the first place.  Or you may see that you are whining.  If so, you can learn a more effective way to get what you need or want.

Here is my clinical observation about whining and whiners.  When you judge yourself as whining, there is a high probability that you are not whining.  The whiner usually has no awareness of the fact that she or he is whining.  The whiner does not notice how she is being received by others because she is not conscious of it.

I will explain the energy difference between whining and expressing your authentic feelings and emotions next week.  In the mean time, help me do some research about what I just said about whiners. Observe yourself this week and observe other people. Is my clinical observation correct? Do whiners judge themselves and stop? Or do whiners keep whining?

Please post your feelings, thoughts and comments about self-awareness, emotional expression and whining below.

How to Handle Emotional Distress? Achieve Emotional Health and Wellness

==========================

How prepared are you for stormy weather?
How prepared are you for emotional distress?

For most of us, stormy weather will always occur somewhere in the future forecast.  There could even be a Sandy type hurricane or Oklahoma tornado, right around the corner. This is also true in terms of your emotional health.

No matter what your current emotional health status, emotional distress will show up on your radar.

When I was getting my motorcycle driver’s license in 1987, the teacher said, “It is not a matter of if you will fall off the bike, it is a matter of when you will fall off the bike.” He repeated this several times so that this physical reality soaked into his students’ bones.

This is sage wisdom that you could also take to heart and use to prepare for the next time you experience emotional reality.  It is not a matter of if emotional distress will occur in your life, it is a matter of when you will once again be tossed about by some outside force that you cannot control.

This means you need to be prepared so you can weather the next emotional distress storm that comes your way.  Relationships are not perfect. You are not perfect. Relationships challenge every aspect of your emotional health and wellness.

Often it is the person you love the most who behaves in ways that hurt you the most.

Other people’s behavior affects you and pushes you around.  If you have not shored up your ship ahead of time, you will have a tendency to react, drown and surrender.  In which case, you will probably experience helplessness, hopelessness, anxiety, depression and other mental health problems.

Therefore, you need to develop the ability to weather the emotional distress of others as they rage around you.  You can learn to handle your own emotional distress skillfully so that you flourish instead of flounder during relationship conflicts.

For example, when you experience the negative fallout of another person’s behavior, you could hold steady at the helm.  This means you have the ability to take care of yourself instead of reacting with a knee jerk response.  I hear some of you saying, “How can I possibility do this?  It is unrealistic and not possible.”

Trust me, there is a way and the path is true to emotional health and wellness.  The way to take care of yourself is to be in touch with and stay with your self emotionally through the storm. There are two steps that will make sure you weather the emotional distress storms of life.

The Way to Weather Emotional Distress Storms:

1.  Become aware of the emotional truths that exist as real energy in your heart and body.
2.  Act on your emotional truths as soon as you have the courage to do so.

The first step is awareness. When you know what you really feel, want and need, you are in a position where you could use your power. You have the knowledge needed to take care of yourself if you so choose.  If you don’t know what you really feel, want and need, you cannot do anything to protect yourself from outside factors.  Lack of emotional awareness results in helplessness, insecurity and low self-esteem.

The second step is to develop the assertive skills needed to act on the behalf of your emotional truths.  If you take the actions needed to take care of yourself during the storm, you will move out of emotional distress into calmer weather.  Being assertive ensures that your needs are meet and your desires are honored.

You can definitely hold the helm in a steadfast manner as others react around you. When you use your assertive relationship skills with others, you feel good.  When you are effective, you feel strong and sturdy.  The benefit is more self-confidence and emotional security.

Learn to handle emotional distress by taking care of yourself emotionally through any type of weather.

Love and Relationship Advice: Use Body Language to Improve Self-Esteem and Personal Growth

Personal Growth Tools from the Center for New Psychology
Publisher: Doris Jeanette, Holistic Psychology Mentor, Coach

==========================

Denial is your worst enemy.  Denial can be the difference between successful personal growth and unsuccessful personal growth. Denial lowers your self-esteem and ruins relationships.

What is Denial?

Denial is when you think one thing and another thing is real in physical form.  Denial is when you have an image of yourself that is not based in reality. This image can be a puffed up perfect image of yourself or a low self-esteem image.

In my audio series, “Opening the Heart,” I use the example of my Philadelphia trolley driver.  The trolley driver was ferociously biting his fingernails as he was driving me to the sound studio where I recorded the heart healing audio series. He did not seem to have any awareness of what his teeth were doing to the tips of his fingers.

The communication the trolley driver’s body was sending to the world was crystal clear.  An educated person could look at his behavior and see what his body was communicating.  Reading his body language it was obvious his unconscious act of biting his fingernails meant he was extremely anxious at that moment in time.

Yet, if I had asked the Philadelphia trolly driver if he was anxious, he would probably say, “No, I am not anxious. I am not afraid of anything. I drive this trolley everyday. There is nothing to be afraid of.”

However, his body was clearly communicating to an educated observer that he was in a highly anxious state as he was driving his trolley.  The driver was denying he had high anxiety, yet his nervous system was extremely upset.

Is Your Denial Destroying Your Personal Development?

If you have not been getting the results that you want or need, consider the possibility that you could be stuck in denial.  If you have not been able to relax and feel close to others so you can reach your relationship goals, look around for your denial.

Denial is a total waste of energy. It keeps you from knowing that you are anxious.  Every single human being on the planet right now has some degree of anxiety in their nervous system.  Therefore, if you are not in touch with your anxiety level, as it comes and goes on a daily basis, then you are in denial.

It is only logical that you cannot do anything to become less anxious until you admit that you are anxious! This means you need to expose your denial so your personal growth pays out big dividends. Expose your denial so you can relax, be close with others and enjoy life.

How to Expose Your Denial?

If you consider the physical information around you, your personal growth will immediately become wildly successful.  This is because feedback from the real world exposes psychological denial.

One of the first things I did when my heart was broken at the age of 34 was look in the mirror.  Mirrors give you concrete feedback that you can learn to see and use for your personal development.  The image in the mirror is reality. Reality destroys denial.

It does not matter what you think or what you tell yourself, your physical body reveals the truth. To overcome denial, begin by observing your body and pay attention to what your body is actually doing in real time.

Body Exercise to Break Through Denial:

Looking in the mirror can be extremely helpful. Look at yourself to see physical feedback about what is happening in your nervous system. See if you can tell how you are really feeling inside.

Other people look at you all the time.

It is to your advantage to see what others are seeing. Take off all your clothes and stand in front of a full length mirror.  Look at yourself in the mirror for a good five minutes. If you cannot do this exercise without your clothes, start with your clothes on.

1.  Look at your whole body from the front.
2.  Turn and look at the back of your body.
3.  Now look at both sides of your body.
4.  Pay attention to your face, what do you see?
5.  How is your face attached to your body?
6.  If your face separate or part of your body?
6.  Write down all the places you see tension in your body.
7.  Write down all the mental judgments you notice in your head.

Admitting the truth to yourself about what you see and how you feel standing naked in front of a mirror will help you begin to give up denial.  To make dramatic progress, enjoy a daily practice of stopping to look at who is in the mirror.

The faster you give up denial, the faster you will be able to accept and love yourself–just as you are, naked and real.  Say goodbye to denial and ego images, they don’t improve your self-esteem or help you make love.

Please share your thoughts, feelings and comments below.

Pleasure often has a dirty connotation.

If you indulge yourself in pleasure, some would call you a “sinner”, “hedonist”, “selfish” or “wanton”. One of the sources of judgment in the USA against pleasure is definitely the Puritan society that Americans inherited.  Unfortunately, the Puritan cover-up-your-whole-body-with-lots-of-clothes culture replaced the Native American culture who wore just the clothes that were needed.

These Puritans came from British and still have quite a bit of control over our modern day culture.  Michael Moore’s documentary, Bowling for Columbine ended with these funny dressed Puritans as a possible source of the violence in America.

How far removed are you from the thinking that made Hester Prynne wear a scarlet letter on her dress?  Have you found judgments against pleasure in your unconscious? Probably so. Quite a few nasty judgments toward physical pleasure have been exposed in my psyche as I have broken away from my Puritan conditioning.

The cross-cultural research conducted by James W. Prescott in the 1970s found that pleasure was the antidote for violence.  Dr. Prescott, a neuropsychologist found a strong direct correlation between the amount of bodily pleasure parents gave their children and the degree to which violent behavior existed in the culture.

The Polynesian cultures were the least violent cultures and they were the ones who physically touched and loved their infants the most. It is not a surprise that he discovered that cultures who hit their children had the most violence.  Important psychological studies like this do not get the attention they need from the media, college professors, congress or clinical psychologists.

In my professional opinion, bodily pleasure is the solution to violence in America. Gun control will not improve the mental health of children who grow up and act out in violent ways at schools, marathons and theaters.  It is the mental health of America that must be improved if you want to stop violent behavior.

Until mental health is taken seriously and parents learn how to grow mentally healthy children, violence acts will continue to occur at an alarming rate. Dr. Prescott’s research is an excellent place to begin reducing violence. Pleasure is one of the alternative medicines I use to treat aggressive behavior, depression, anxiety, addictions, obsessions and general bad feelings.

If pleasure works for all these conditions, just think what adding more pleasure to your life could do for your health and wellness. Do you know what kinds of activities make you feel good?

Find Out What Bodily Pleasures You Need Exercise:

Close your eyes and take three deep breaths. Then ask your body to visually show or tell you the three pleasures it needs and wants in order to be strong, healthy and happy.  Listen carefully.  Write down the three things.

Notice any judgments you have toward these activities. Do you usually let your judgments keep you from giving these physical pleasures to yourself? Pay attention to any guilt that might be hanging around left over from those mean Puritans who wanted to see Hester suffer and hanged.

I hope you can take action and add these three pleasures to your life. Pleasure will help you reach holistic health because you will experience many vibrant moments of being alive.

Please share your thoughts, feelings and feedback about mental health, violence and pleasure by adding your comment.

Often I remind you how important it is to use relaxation therapy until you have a reliable, dependable relaxation response at your fingertips.  Yes, it is imperative that you have the ability to achieve a calm and still state so your body and nerves can receive the healthy energy you need from the outside world.

However, relaxation is not enough.

You also need to be able to get fully excited in your whole body.

You must get excited in order to charge your bodily systems with positive, vital energy.  Getting excited is what gives your body the fuel it needs to reach holistic health.  Daily doses of vital energy are essential if you want to achieve good mental health and physical strength.

However, one of the obstacles I have noticed over the 36 years I have been helping people is that many are afraid of getting excited.  As people go through the transformation process toward self-actualization, they get stuck because they do not want to get turned on and passionate about anything. It is too scary.

Take inventory of yourself.

Are you comfortable when you get excited?
Do you ignore your passions?
Are you afraid to let go of control?
Do your desires scare you?

Depression is the opposite of excitement.  Are you so afraid of your passions and excitement that you depress your energy?

Anxiety is what you feel as you become excited.  Are you able to move pass your irrational thoughts, Killjoy Monsters and Inner Critics to the open free vibrant moments of being alive?

If you want holistic health, you must allow yourself to get fully excited. When you are excited, you feel tingles of energy moving through your body.  You get goosebumps as your skin and nervous system respond to the pleasurable energy being received.

When you experience goosebumps, you are living in a vibrant moment.  Vibrant moments are full of strong, emotional energy. This potent energy automatically gives you holistic health. Happiness is the natural side effect you receive because it feels so good to be alive and full of energy.

Spring energy is exciting, fun and joyful.

In the Northern Hemisphere, use the spring energy all around you to fuel your fire so you get excited.  In the Southern Hemisphere, use your imagination to fuel your fire for holistic health.

Resonate with spring energy.  Feel the ing in the spring.  Feel the excitement of Mother Earth as she wakes up. Feel the excitement in you as you wake up.

Let spring energy put some spring in your step and joy in your heart.

What are your feelings toward Mother Earth?
How intimate are you with her?

We have a U.S. Senator, Gaylord Nelson, to thank for raising the consciousness of Americans about their relationship to Mother Earth.  Gaylord’s continued environmental efforts finally paid off in 1970, when his nationwide protest called National Earth Day, received amazing support.  An estimated 20 million people took to the streets and parks willing to stand up for Mother Earth.

Since I grew up on a self-sustaining, 300 acre farm in North Carolina, I was not aware that so many Americans were disconnected from nature. Therefore, I did not realize how important Earth Day was until five years later when I ended up in Center City, Philadelphia surrounded by anxious people rushing to and from work every day.

The anxious people that came to my office to receive Relaxation Therapy and Assertiveness Training slowed down. I taught men and women how to stop rushing to and from their work so their blood pressure could return to normal. The clients who received the most positive results, were the ones who learned to relax their physical body and feel their emotional feelings.

The more I researched what worked and what did not work in terms of anxiety, depression and other mental health problems, the more I realized how disconnected most humans were from their own physical body. Everyone was in their head, thinking.

Therefore, my goal as a clinical psychologist and sex therapist became clear:  getting people out of their heads into their body.  That was when my new holistic psychology approach began to really take off.  I began to work in nature, exploring more effective ways of helping people.  I did my first Nature Workshop in 1984.

It is a fact that people are more relaxed in nature. The only exception is someone with a history of abuse that is associated with nature.  Forest, river or beach scenes are always picked as relaxing, by both men and women.  I began to understand how essential a physical connection to Mother Earth is for humans.

Some traditional psychologists understand that it is unhealthy for a child to be disconnected physically from his mother.  This is called “Attachment.” Without a healthy attachment to your mother, you cannot grow into an emotionally mature person who can connect and be close to other people.  Without a healthy attachment to some loving adult, you have trouble with relationships, intimacy, love making and self-esteem.

Therefore, I can say, with absolute certainty, that any type of mental health problem is the direct result of being disconnected.  To feel emotionally secure, you must have a physical connection with your human mother or some other loving person.  To feel physically secure, you must have a physical connection to Mother Earth.

Being disconnected causes mental, emotional and physical health problems.  An attachment problem can be overcome by learning how to connect with Mother Earth.  Holistic health can be achieved as an adult–no matter what was lacking in your past learning history.

Come meet me April 27, at Core Creek Park’s Free Earth Day Celebration In Langhorne, PA, just north of Philadelphia.  From 11:15 till noon,  I will be conducting a free relaxation workshop with Earth lovers. What does your voice say about you?

Do you listen to other people’s voice for information?
Do you listen to your own voice for feedback?

The power of sound starts early in life. Babies can recognize their mother’s voice in the womb. Canadian and Chinese researchers documented this bit of data in 2003 with a publication in Psychological Science. This means you recognize the voice of people you know without even thinking about it.

The exciting news is that you can also learn to read the data and information that is in the voice moment by moment.  Just think of the knowledge and wisdom you would have if you took the time to listen to the tones in the sounds of the voice.  You would know a great deal about what is really going on with yourself and with others.

Yesterday, while I was working on my income taxes, I received a call from a woman asking if I was accepting new clients. She had very flat tones in her voice and many of the pitches were missing.  The few pitches that she had in her voice were very heavy and dark.

As soon as I heard her voice, I knew that depression was her major problem.  I immediately sensed the depth of her depression and how heavy her body energy was from the vibrations in her voice. The sounds in her voice helped me guide her into the important issues in her life right away so that we did not waste time on surface, superficial conversation.

As soon as I shared with her what I needed to teach her in order to turn her heavy, depressed energy into healthy, moving energy, she was ready to take action. As a result of using the data from her voice to connect with her intimately on the phone, our first session will be extremely productive.  We will get right to work on the source problem and not waste any time getting to know each other and taking a long drawn out history.

The tones in your voice are audible and palpable. There are computers programs that measure the pitches in your voice to see if all the normal pitches are present or not.  If pitches are missing, there is a high probability that some sort of disease process is going on with your physical body.

Holistic psychology is an effective, safe way to treat any missing tones in your voice.  Your mind and body cannot be separated.  You are a whole, full body human energy system. The sounds in your voice are vibrations. Your voice tones reflect physical matter.  Your voice tells you the truth about your mental, emotional and physical health.

You can learn to recognize your own emotional state simply by listening to your voice. You can use the data in your voice to help you achieve personal growth, effective communication, better relationships and holistic health.

No one else sounds like you. Listen to your sounds, moment by moment, to discover more about yourself.  Do this with love, not judgment.
