Take a deep breath and feel what is really going on around you. Take another deep breath and feel what is going on inside of you. Wow, the world’s energy is very intense right now.
And yes, you are affected and effected by the world events. You have your own story you are living. The USA has its story. And our blessed earth has hers. Yes, this planet is abuzz with plenty of energy and most of it does not support life.
Take another deep breath and continue to feel that which is real. Reality is the place you want to get to if you want peace of mind and genuine self-confidence as you move through crazy, blaming, out of control, attacking energy.
You could be happy right now or you may need to do some personal growth to move toward happiness. You may be struggling with physical problems, deep in debt, or happily engaged. It does not matter where you are. All that matters is you need to know where you are and stay in touch with your reality. Reality is the only safe, sane place to be.

Breathe, get anchored, and do your best to stay anchored. This means getting into your body and keeping your feet attached to the earth. Then you have a good chance of staying with yourself instead of getting swept away into the madness.
Reality is the only energy you can trust. Notice any energy that is too fast or too slow and stay away from it. If you are too fast or too slow, get anchored. Then feel the difference in your body between being in reality and thinking that you are in reality!
