Are you on a spiritual path?
Are you developing your human potential?

A PBS documentary about John Denver revealed that John wrote Annie’s Song after having a Vibrant Moment or two as he was skiing down a slope in Aspen, CO. After a fight with Annie, his wife, John went skiing. As he was skiing, he let go of control and fell into the moment. The result was a sensuous song about love that became so famous it is often sung at weddings.

You can drop into the moment and enjoy vibrant moments if you let go of control. You can reach your creative goals just like John Denver. Do you desire more energy? Are you afraid of more energy? Both of these can be true at the same time. You may be pursuing self-actualization and spiritual development, yet be afraid of the new, creative energy when it arrives.

Many people are afraid to let go of control. When you let go of control you release new energy. The creative energy that has been inhibited for a very long time suddenly flows. This new energy must be integrated and grounded in order for you to continue on your personal growth path successfully.

I am always encouraging you to trust the natural process of transformation because it automatically leads to integration and grounding. However, you may have a hard time trusting your natural process. Your ego may get in the way and try to control the outcome. Your ego cannot integrate and ground your creative energy. Nope!

John Denver took to the slopes while he was emotionally upset. He let go of control and stayed grounded. As a result, he was able to use his newly released creative energy wisely to reconnect with his wife and connect with the hearts and souls of millions of others.

You can also use more of your human potential for exciting, fun, creative adventures if you stay connected to your body and Mother Earth. Ground your energy and keep it grounded for good mental health, continuous spiritual development, and creative expression.
