A healthy body is not tense, tight, and tied up in knots. A healthy body is relaxed. The reason is simple. When your body is tense, healthy energy cannot move through you. Your body must be relaxed so the healthy energy in your environment can mix and tingle with your cells, nervous system, organs, and muscles.

Unfortunately, when you have an emotional or physical trauma of any sort, the body goes into an automatic contraction. Nevertheless, for good holistic health, it is essential that your body find a way back to the relaxed state. Otherwise, you stay stuck in the emotional or physical trauma permanently.
